Aeolian PTC sponsored the first of many to come Fitness Fridays with a Zumba class free to all students and only $5.00 for adults for the entire month of October. Awards Given to Students to Honor Academic Achievement

On October 7, 2011 teachers at Aeolian handed about 500 medals, trophies and plaques to honor academic achievement on the 2011 sate STAR test! Aeolian PTC Hosts an Amazing Family Picnic!

It was a B.Y.O.E. (Bring Your Own Everything) event. Families brought their chairs, lunch, and were ready to have some fun on Sunday, September 25th at Sorenson Park in Whittier. From 11:00 am to 2:00 p.m. it was non-stop food, fun, and games! By the end of the day tummies were full, prizes were handed out and children went home exhausted but smiling.

Aeolian Receives Donation of 5,000 Books!

On Friday, 5,000 books were delivered to Aeolian Elementary. The books will be used to supplement classroom libraries and to help create our brand new school library.

Back-to School Night a Huge Success

Back-to-School night was very well attended. The classrooms were packed as parents sat attentively listening to classroom presentations.

Aeolian Parents, Students, and Teachers Clean Up School!

On Saturday, September 10, 2011 over 40 students, parents, staff and teachers showed up at Aeolian to work on the award winning garden and help create a school library. The group worked for over eleven hours and accomplished quite a lot.
