Friday, October 14, 2011 several Aeolian students who were interested in representing School Spirit had the opportunity to tryout for Aeolians Cheer Squad. Cheer here at Aeolian began last year and is hosted by THINK Together. Cheer was open to all students in Kindergarten through 6th grade.
Students trying out were required to learn a cheer and perfect it by the tryout date.Tryouts begin on Tuesday, October 11 everyday for an hour afterschool. On Friday, girls were put into groups of four so that judges could get a good glimpse of students performing. Students who make the squad will find out at lunch time on Monday October 17, 2011.
