Aeolian recognizes more parent volunteers equals higher student achievement and higher student achievement equals a better school. Two years ago Aeolian created the V.I.P Program. Each Trimester every child who has a parent (or other family member) who completes the 3-hour volunteer requirement or equivalent per month will be invited to a special V.I.P party in their honor. In order to meet the V.I.P. requirement parents must have volunteered for a total of 9 hours (3 hours for each month in Trimester 1 September, October, and November) or donated money or goods totaling $45.00 ($15.00 for each month in Trimester 1).
