History of the School

Aeolian School was the fifth school opened in the Los Nietos School District. At a January 23, 1957 school board meeting the name, "Aeolian", was approved as the name of the school.

The school’s colors are blue and white and the school is proud to have the mighty Aztec as the school’s mascot. The school is proud of its rich and diverse history.  Many current Aeolian students are third, fourth or even fifth generation Aeolian alumni. Aeolian’s parent teacher club is a strong and vibrant organization that actively fundraises to support student activities.

We are always looking for more information and stories about Aeolian’s history.  If you have any historical information or great anecdotes from the past we would love to hear from you!
